I went to change my oil today. When I took the drain plug out I noticed an aluminum coil around the plug. My oil pan plug will not torque because the threads where stripped out. Rick Hill Nissan was the last people to change my oil. I called and the gentleman told me very politely that he didn't see how he was liable for the repair. He further continued to tell me that this man does this for a living. I also understand this but I also understand that people make mistakes and he made one when torqueing my oil pan plug. I just don't see how Rick Hill cannot be responsible for this mishap.
